At Manifestation and Magic, our policy is to ensure that all of our products are sourced ethically. Our crystals are sourced from a UK wholesaler who is driven by a passion, enthusiasm and mutual respect for everything in the natural world. Our trusted supplier has been trading for over 50 years and regularly travels to the different mines to ensure the working conditions are safe and the workers are not exploited. Our supplier is always looking for ways to help the miners and local communities that produce our crystals.

Are your products ethically sourced?


The images on our website are a good reflection of what we have in stock. All crystals are unique and therefore do vary in size, shape, pattern, and colour.

Do the images on your website represent what I will receive?


All of our crystal kits and individual crystals come with a card outlining some of their main properties. If you need help identifying your crystals, please contact us.

Will I receive information about my crystals?


All crystals sold at Manifestation and Magic are real and genuine and are sourced from trustworthy suppliers. 

Are your crystals genuine?


Crystals should not be a substitute for seeking professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor if you have any health concerns. Please read our disclaimer for more information.

Do crystals have healing properties?



To make an order, you first need to browse our website to find what you like. We have a wide range of crystal kits, individual crystals, jewellery, and more. Once you have found something you want, select the quantity you would like and then click "add to cart". You can then continue shopping or checkout by clicking the cart icon located in the top right corner of the screen.

How do I make an order?


Click on the cart icon to view your full cart. Here, you can enter any discount codes you may have. There is also an option for you to leave a gift note if you wish. Check out securely by clicking the "checkout" button. You will then need to fill out your delivery details. Please make sure that your delivery details are correct. 

How do I check out?


We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal, Visa, Electron, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, JcB, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, and Maestro.

What payment methods are accepted?


Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will also receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

How do I know my order has been received?


Please contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. This is not always possible as we process our orders quickly.

Can I change my delivery address?


Of course! We can deliver straight to the recipient with a gift note. You can add your personalised message at the checkout.

Can I send my order as a gift?


If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel your order before it is despatched. Please use our contact form if you wish to cancel your order. 

How do I cancel my order?



We aim to dispatch your order within 1 - 3 working days

When will my order be dispatched?


Standard UK Delivery costs £2.22. Upgrade to Next Day Delivery for £5.55. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked at £10. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. We also offer free shipping on all orders over £30. 

How much is delivery?


We dispatch our orders with Royal Mail and once we have dispatched your order, it should take 1 - 3 business days to arrive. International orders can take between 7 - 21 business days. Please note that delivery may take longer during busier periods such as Christmas.

How long does shipping take?


If you haven't received your order after 13 working days (UK) or 30 working days (International), please contact us and we will look into this for you.

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

Refunds and returns


Returns can be made within 30 days of delivery. Request your return by emailing us at or by using the contact form on our contact page. Buyers are responsible for returns postage costs.

What is your returns policy?


If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can send out a replacement.

What do I do if my item is damaged?


Once we have received your return in its original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
